The Bouncing Souls and Anti Flag At St Andrews Hall

The Bouncing Souls have been ruling the punk game for over 30 years. Formed in 1989 The Bouncing Souls are known for their catchy and high energy all around fun punk rock music.  Coming from New Jersey they have made their way to Detroit’s famous St Andrews Hall for a nearly sold out show. I will never forget the first time I went to a Bouncing Souls show it made me fall in love with punk rock! From jumping in the mosh pits to stage diving for the first time. The best part of any bouncing souls show is always hands down singing Ole with the whole venue losing their minds. Opening up the show was one of my all time favorite bands and arguably one of the most important punk bands of all time Anti Flag I have been seeing Anti Flag for over half of my life and they have only been getting better and better. Frontman and one of the lead singers Justin Sane was unable to sing because of sickness but that didn’t stop him from putting his all out for the show. He didn’t let it stop him from jumping all over the stage! Even when they are not feeling 100% they will put 100% into their show. Some of my favorite songs I will never get tiered of hearing by them is Die For Your Government and Drink Drink Punk.
