Taking Back Sunday and Letlive in Detroit
Taking Back Sunday stopped by The Fillmore in Detroit last week with the punk rock group Letlive. Taking Back Sunday started off their set strong with Flicker Fade and What It Feels Like. TBS kept fans jumping along and singing every word to songs like Liar, Make Damn Sure and Cute Without The E. TBS also played Stood A Chance and It Takes More from their new album Happiness Is which was recorded right down the road in Flint.
Opening up the show for Taking Back Sunday was Los Angels punk rock band, Letlive. Letlive singer Jason Buttler didn't stop moving their whole set if he wasn't running around the stage, he was climbing the speakers, or jumping into crowd. Towards the end of the set after the band finished causing havoc on the stage they ensured the Detroit crowd that punk rock was still alive and well in Detroit.
