Rise Against At Arts Beats And Eats

Rise Against closed out Sunday night at Royal Oaks Arts Beats And Eats. This Michigan weekend festival is one of the first signs of life that has come from the music scene. It gives hope that we are finally back to normal. During the show Rise Against singer Tim McIlrath made it a point to show just how grateful he was to have this experience back in his life and how much he appreciates what it takes to put on a show like this from the road crew to security.

On this cool summer night in metro Detroit punk rock legends closed out the biggest Arts Beats And Eats to date with over 100000 people in attendance over the weekend. Playing some of their classic songs like Satellite and one of their most well known songs Swing Life Away. The band also sent out their prayers to New Orleans and dedicated the song Help Is On The Way to all the people affected by the current hurricane. The song Help Is On The Way was originally about the tragedy that was hurricane Katrina. The band ended the show on a high note getting all of Arts Beats And Eats on their feet playing their song Savior.
