The Used with Every Time I Die at The Fillmore Detroit
The Used and Every Time I Die showed Detroit Rock City how to rock Saturday night, along side with The Eeries, and Marmozets. The Used is out on tour in support of their new album "Imaginary Enemy" that came out in 2014. Opening the night was a band who's members range from California, Chicago and Italy. As you listen to them play you can't help but to think of the legendary band nirvana, from the way they sound and how they act on stage. Next up was Marmozets led by Becca MacIntyre.
Every Time I Die got the show started with "Son Of Mine" and kept the energy going from there with "Decayin' With the Boys" and "Moor". ETID guitar player Jordan Buckley stole the show, every time you turned your head he was somewhere else. If he was not jumping off of the drum set or amps he was in the crowd playing to the fans.
3000 people packed into The Fillmore for the band that everyone came to see..The Used, and they got their moneys worth. The stage was set with old TV'S that would light up with photos of world leaders. The Used played hit after hit keeping the fans wanting more! Songs like "Take It Away", "Taste Of Ink" and "All That I've Got" brought every fan way back to the late 2000's, even mixing in some songs off of their new album "Imaginary Enemy" such as "Cry".
